Refund Policy

1. Program Enrollment & Payments

Payments made towards:

Student programs
Educator programs
Workshops
Training sessions
Kits and learning materials
Online or offline courses
Event registrations

are considered confirmation of participation and seat reservation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under specific circumstances mentioned in this policy.

A refund request must be submitted through official Aerophantom communication channels within the applicable time period.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Failure to attend classes, workshops, or training sessions
  • Change of mind after enrollment
  • Lack of participation or incomplete attendance
  • Delay caused by the participant
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after program access has been provided
  • Downloaded or accessed digital content
  • Opened or used kits/materials
  • Missed sessions or schedule conflicts from the participant side

4. Refunds Before Program Start

If a cancellation request is made before the official commencement of the program:

    Any shipped kits or printed materials may not be refundable once dispatched

Once any of the following has been provided:

Course access
Video access
Training materials
Login credentials
Kits/components dispatch
Recorded content
Live training participation
the enrollment may be treated as utilized, and refunds may not be applicable.

6. Educator Program & Training Fees

Fees paid for educator onboarding, educator training programs, teaching kits, curriculum access, marketing support, or onboarding systems are generally non-refundable after activation or access has been granted.

Aerophantom invests resources into:

training preparation
kit arrangement
onboarding systems
support setup
digital access creation

therefore refunds may not be possible once the process has started.

7. Kit & Physical Product Policy

If any physical learning kit, component set, or educational material is included:

  • Damaged or missing item concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Replacement eligibility will be reviewed after verification
  • Used, damaged, or modified items may not qualify for return or refund
